Baked Italian Chicken Ingredients: 1 broiling chicken, cut in half 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup vinegar, red wine or regular clove garlic or garlic powder poultry seasoning salt and pepper Arrange the chicken in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with the poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix the oil, vinegar and garlic together in a covered jar and shake well. Pour this over the chicken and bake at 350 degrees for about 1-1/2 hours, depending on the size of the chicken.
