Ingredients:
3 lbs beef brisket 1/2 cup chopped celery and the leaves 1/2 cup sliced onions or to your liking 1/2 cup carrots 1-1/2 teaspoons salt (potatoes are optional) Cover beef with hot water, add the vegetables and
cover the pot. Simmer for 2-1/2 to 3 hours until meat is tender. Do not
boil.
