Recipe for Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
1 pound hamburg 8 ounces sliced mushrooms 1 cup bouillion 1 cup sour cream 2 chopped onions 2 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaaspoon pepper 1 Tablespoon Oil In Large Skillet, saute onions in oil until tender. Stir in the flour and add the bouillion. Cook until smooth. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. In another skillet, brown the hamburg and add the hamburg to the other skillet with the sauce in it. In the pan you just cooked the ground beef in, saute the mushrooms and then add to the hamburg mixture. Add sour cream and mix..cook on low for 5 more minutes. Serve.
