Ingredients: 3 Cups Self-Rising Flour3 Tablespoons Sugar 1 Can beer at Room Temperature 1/2 stick of butter 1 can beer In a large bowl, mix the flour and sugar together. Add the can of beer and mix well with wooden spoon. Pour into a 5x9" loaf pan, which has been greased. Pour the melted butter on top of the raw batter and bake for 50 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
