Recipe for The Best Meatloaf

 The Best Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

1-1/4 pounds of ground beef, ground veal and ground pork mixture
6-8 slices Arnold  Healthy Multi Grain Bread
1 egg
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Herbamare herb seasoning salt
Few flakes of Red Pepper
6 ounce can V8 Juice
4 Tablespoons Grape Jelly

In Casserole or large loaf pan, mix the equal amounts of ground beef, ground  veal and ground pork.  Dice onions and add to the mixture.  Add the egg.  Tear the bread into small pieces. Add the red pepper flakes and seasoning salt and mix well. Pat down in the dish.  Put in 400 degree oven for about 1/2 hour.
Remove from oven and pour the V8 juice on top..Now, top this with about 4 tablespoons of Grape Jelly and spread to get a bit even.  Put back in the oven for about another 15-20 minutes, till top is browned and meat cooked through.  Serve with buttered green beans.  You can buy the ground beef, pork and veal mixture already packaged in the meat department, or you can buy separately.  This mixture is what really makes a nice tasty meatloaf.   Also, I found that the Arnold Multi Grain Bread adds a very good flavor. Much better than using regular white or wheat bread.
