Old recipe for Buffalo Steak Render some fat in a hot skillet. Add sirloin of buffalo steak and sear on both sides. Cook as beefsteak at a lower heat until done. Thicken juices with flour and cook gravy until thick. Thin with water or milk and bring to a boil with salt. Anonymous Early Recipe
