Cheesey Burger Recipe

Recipe for Cheesey Burgers


CHeesey Hamburgers 

Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds ground beef (80% lean)
2 tablespoons chopped white onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese( I used shredded
cheddar and pepperjack mixed)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2  teaspoon Red Hot Sauce

Mix all ingredients and form into 4 large patties.
Try not to flatten them out too much. Place in pan that has a little melted margarine and  cook  on both sides till done the way you like them. (Cook on the grill, too)  These burgers come out nice and crisp on the outside and have a wonderful texture on the inside.
