Recipe for Chicken in Savory Lemon
Sauce
Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts11 ounce can low salt cream of chicken soup 1 tablespoon water 1/4 cup shopped sweet red peppers 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon paprika Vegetable Cooking Spray Spray a Non-Stick Skillet with cooking spray. Heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes, until browned on both sides. Remove chicken from pan. IN the same skillet add the soup, water, pepper, parsley, lemon juice and paprika , mix well and heat to boiling. Return the chicken to the skillet and cover. Cook over low heat for about 10 more minutes, until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with boiled rice. Makes 4 servings. Recipe by Elinor Fisher Back to Home Page
