Recipe for Chocolate Whipped Cream Cake

Ingredients:

1 large sponge cake
3/4 pint whipped cream
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Slice the sponge cake to make 4 layers. Whip the cream by placing the cream in  a bowl with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Beat with an egg beater until thick.
Take the chocolate syrup and blend it gently into the whipped cream with a beater. Spread the cream generously over each layer, sides and top of cake. Place in refrigerator! You can make this the day before you serve it.  Serves about 6..
