Christmas Eggnog Recipe Ingredients: 1 dozen eggs 12 tablespoons sugar 1 pint of Bourbon 1/2 pint Jamaica Run 1 pint heavy Cream Nutmeg, to taste In a very large bowl, beat the yolks of the eggs. Gradually add the sugar. When the eggs and sugar are smooth, add the bourgon and Jamaica run, stirring while adding. Next, add the cream and blend well. In a separate bowl, beat the whites of the eggs very stiff. Fold into the egg yolk mixture...Beat with egg beater. Sprinkle with the nutmeg and keep in refrigerator till serving.
