Coconut Lime Rice Pudding Recipe

Recipe for Coconut Lime Rice Pudding
 
  Ingredients:
 
  16 oz of Kozy Shack Rice Pudding (or your own)
  2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh or bottled)
  2 tablespoons canned coconut milk
  toasted flake coconut for garnish  
<>Mix the pudding, lime juice and coconut milk together...
Put in individual serving dishes and garnish with toasted coconut.  Serve immediately Makes 4 individual servings

This is a recipe I got from my Kozy Shack newsletter.  I tried it and I loved it!  I don't have any connection with Kozy Shack, except I buy it all the time!  Their rice and tapioca pudding are as good or better than homemade.  The above recipe is great for a meal when it is too hot to eat anything substantial! Try it, you'll like it!
