Recipe for Crab Louis
Ingredients:
Cooked Crab
Boiled Eggs
Black olives
Fresh Tomatoes
Lettuce or greens
1 Avocado, sliced
Arrange the greens on a plate and place the cooked
crab in a mound in the center. Slice the tomatoes and
eggs in thin slices and alternate around the outside of the
plate. Now, arrange the olives and the avocado slices to make for
an appealing dish.

Recipe for Crab Louis Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup catsup
1 cup whipped cream
1/3 cup sweet green relish
1 teaspoon minced onion
pepper to taste
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and drizzle
over the Crab Louis Salad!
