How to Make Cranberry Juice

Use Fresh Cranberries.  Pick off stems and wash the cranberries. Discard any bad ones.

Put the berries in a large pot and add just enough water to cover the berries.

Cook until berries are soft.  Strain the mixture. Add 1 cup of sugar for each 3 cups of fruit juice.

Boil for  15 minutes and pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly.  You may need to dilute this juice further  when ready to serve. Be sure to taste it first.
