2-1/2 cups boiling water
6 tea bags
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup sugar
1 pint bottled cranberry juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
1-1/2 cups water
Boil water in a large sauce pot; add the tea bags, cinnamon and
nutmeg. Let steep for 5 minutes and strain. Add the sugar
and cranberry juice. Add the additional 1-1/2 cups water, orange juice
and lemon juice. Mix well and heat to the boiling. Serve
hot, with candy canes used as stirrers..
Makes 8-12 servings..
