Cream Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup salad olives
2 tablespoons olive juice
pepper (optional)

Soften cream cheese and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Add pecans ,  olives, and olive juice. You may add pepper, but NO salt. Mix well..The mixture will be mushy..
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours b4 serving to thicken. This is a delicious spread which  is good on toast or crackers.. Something nice and easy to make for a pot luck supper!
