Grape Nut Cereal topped with fresh cream
Eggs, anyway you like them
Hashed Potatoes, cooked in cream
Rolls
Griddle Cakes and Maple Syrup
Coffee

This menu is from a very old cookbook called "Woman's Favorite Cookbook"
Published in 1902.  As you can tell, it is a menu to be
used when you have lots of hungry guests at the table!  Something for everyone.
I would consider this menu more like a brunch, then a breakfast.
