Ingredients: 3 pounds
small salad potatoes Boil the potatoes in their jackets. Cool, peel and slice thinly. Place potatoes in a bowl and add onion. Fry bacon until brown, then remove the bacon and not the fat.. In the pan add the sugar, flour, salt, water and vinegar. Cook until thickened. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and onion in the bowl. Add the bacon and toss! Recipe yields 6-8 servings!
