8 large eggs
1 quart milk
5 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Margarine
Melt butter and pour into a 12x16 inch baking pan. In a bowl, add
milk and eggs and mix lightly with beater. Next, add the sugar,
salt and flour and beat. Pour this batter over the melted butter
in the baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup, or jelly and butter. Makes 12
servings. If you want to make 1/2 the recipe, use a 9x13
pan...For 1/3 of the
recipe, use an 8x8 pan.
