Ingredients: large
onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick Place the
sliced onion rings in salted ice water for an hour (or more) Drain them
and then soak them in the warm salted milk for another hour. Mix the
rest
of the ingredients in a bowl. Roll the onions in this flour mixture
until
they are well coated and deep fry until golden brown! These onion rings come
out nice and crisp! I love onions and this is a great onion ring recipe.
