Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups cooked or canned pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 6 ounce can evaporated milk
In large bowl, add pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices and mix with wooden
spoon. Add the eggs and milk and mix again till smooth. Pour into
an unbaked 9" pie shell..Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes..Turn down
oven to 325 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes, or when knife comes
out clean from the center.
