Mix cereal and candy in large bowl. Set aside. Cook and stir marshmallows and margarine or butter in large saucepan, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. Stir marshmallow mixture into cereal mixture, tossing to coat well. Spread in lightly greased 13x9x2 inch banking dish. Cool, cut into squares.
