Ingredients: Fuly Cooked, Smoked Ham Slice, 1 inch thick (2 pounds) 30 ounce can of apricot halves (drained & Reserved) 15 ounce can pineapple chunks (drained & Reserved) 1/4 cup butter 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1 medium clove garlic, crushed Slash the outer edge of fat on the ham slice at 1 inch intervals (to prevent curling) Place ham in an ungreased baking dish 7x12".. Arrange the apricots and pineapple chunks on ham. Mix the juice from the fruit, and the rest of the ingredients together, and pour over the ham slice.
