Recipe for Hard Boiled Eggs

Fill a saucepan 3/4 full of cold water.  Put as many eggs
in the pan that will fit, but do not crowd..Be sure there
is room between them and be sure water covers the eggs.
  Heat to a boiling, and then let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Drain water, and add cold water..Let eggs sit in the cold
water till cool and then peel.
