Ingredients: 2 cups diced, cooked white chicken meat 1 cup diced celery 1 teaspoon salt dash of pepper 1/4 teaspoon oregano 1 Tablespoon chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1 cup shredded cheese 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 baked 9" pie shell Crushed Potato Chips In large bowl, mix all the ingredients together (except the pie shell and potato chips) Be sure the mixture is well moistened. Place in baked pie shell and top with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Recipe by Betsy Chase |
