Italian Turkey Burgers Recipe Ingredients: 1 pound ground turkey 1/2 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt 1/4 cup dry italian flavored bread crumbs 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons ketchup 1/2 teaspoon crushed basil 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon salt In large bowl, mix turkey, onions, yogurt, bread crums, cheese, ketchup, basil, pepper and salt. Mix until well combined. Shape into 6 patties. You can cook on a George Forman Type Grill, Broiler Oven, or cook on a Regular Grill Pan on the Stove. Also, you can use yourGas or Charcoal Grill.
