Recipe for Layered Salad

Layered Vegetable Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Head of Lettuce
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
10 ounce package of frozen peas
16 ounces of mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tablespoons of sugar
6 Ounces grated Parmesan Cheese (use the best)
6 pieces of crumbled bacon

This looks nice in a large, clear bowl.  However, any bowl will do.
Shred the lettuce and put on bottom of a glass casserole or bowl.  Next, layer the celery, then layer onion, then, pepper, then the frozen peas.  Now, top with the mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and Parmesan Cheese together...Now, sprinkle on top of the salad. Now, take the crumbled bacon pieces and sprinkle on top.  Cover the bowl with wrap, and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.  Just before serving, mix well and serve!
