Lobster Thermidor Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon chopped onion
3 large size chopped mushrooms
salt, pepper and paprika
Worcestershire Sauce (Lea and Perrins)
Lobster (cut up, diced) from 1 good size lobster about 2 pounds
Butter
White Wine (wineglassful)

Brown all in butter.  Add the wine and stir. Heat only till hot.
Sauce: Small amount of rich cream, boil down and add very little flour and cheese.

This recipe leaves out some instructions, so it might be helpful
to you if you look up a recipe for Lobster thermidor to see the
steps.  Wouldn't want to waste expensive Lobster!
