Lobster
Thermidor Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4
teaspoon chopped onion
3 large size
chopped mushrooms
salt, pepper
and paprika
Worcestershire
Sauce (Lea and Perrins)
Lobster (cut
up, diced) from 1 good size lobster about 2 pounds
Butter
White Wine
(wineglassful)
Brown
all in butter. Add the wine and stir. Heat only till hot.
Sauce: Small
amount of rich cream, boil down and add very little flour and cheese.

Wouldn't want to waste expensive Lobster!
