Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Salad Oil
2-1/4 Cups Unbleached Flour
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Separate the Egg Whites from the Egg Yolks into two bowls.
Beat the egg whites and the sugar till stiff and then put aside.
In the other bowl with the egg yolks, add the flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla..Mix well with wooden spoon or electric mixer  Fold in the egg whites.
Put in a greased square baking ban, and place in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.   Please let cake in pan cool for about 10 minutes, before removing cake from pan.  If Desired, sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.
