Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
2/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Cook macaroni as directed. Place layers
of the
cooked macaroni in a buttered baking dish, sprinkling each layer
with the shredded cheese. Save 1/8 cup of cheese for the topping.
In small bowl, beat the
egg, milk, salt and paprika until well blended. Pour this mixture
over the macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs,
1/8 cup of the grated cheese and paprika. Bake in a 400 degree
oven until browned and bubbly on top. Makes 6 servings.
