Recipe for Maple Frosting

Ingredients:

1-3/4 cup maple syrup
4 egg whites


Put syrup in pan and boil to a 240 degree temp, using candy thermometer.
Stir constantly.  In Bowl, beat the egg whites till stiff.  When syrup reaches 240 degrees, remove from heat and bour over the beaten egg white and beat until spreading consistency.
