Recipe for Marinated Cucumber Ingredients: 1 cucumber 1 Vidalia onion 1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar 3 stalks of celery, chopped 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Peel and slice the vegetables. Place in a glass bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. You can serve this on a bed of greens. Need vegetables and a salad?
