Ingredients: Soak
the dried beans in water overnight. Drain, add the beef or chicken
stock and cook until the beans are tender. Add all the other
ingredients except for the cheese. Add at least 2 quarts of water
and season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables
are tender. Sprinkle with cheese on serving!
