Molded Cranberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Cups Chopped Cranberries (Raw)
2 Cups Sugar
1 Chopped Orange
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 cup chopped celery
2  Packages Raspberry Jello (3 Ounce size)

Chop cranberries and place in large bowl.  Add the sugar and mix well.  Let sit for one hour. In the meantime, prepare jello according to the package instructions for a mold.  Pour into a round mold.   Now, you can chop the orange, walnuts and celery, and add to the sugared cranberry mixture after one hour..Mix well.

After the plain jello is partially set, add the cranberry mixture to it and spread evenly in the mold pan.  Refrigerate.   Let set for at least 4 hours or overnight.  When ready to serve, place a bed of greens on a plate, and unmold the jello on top of the greens.  Very Tasty...It is sweet, more like a dessert than
a salad to go with a meal.
