Recipe for Molded Lime Salad Recipe

Ingredients: 3 ounce package lime jello 1 cup boiling water 1 cup finely grated carrots 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 tablespoons finely grated onions 1 cup cottage cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup heavy cream, whipped Mix jello in the boiling water. Let mixture begin to thicken a little bit in refrigerator before adding the carrots, pepper, onion, cottage cheese and mayonnaise. Fold in the Whipped Cream and put in jello mold . Let set for at least 5 hours. Recipe by Carmen Dejdar When seasoning a new wooden salad bowl, always use Mineral Oil. Do not use any other types of oil, because the other oils will turn the would rancid. And, after using your salad bowl, just wipe clean with clean cloth. .Never wash with soap and water.
