No Bake Chocolate Cookies Recipe Ingredients: 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 3 cups quick cook oatmeal (uncooked) 6 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla Chopped Walnuts, Optional Waxed Paper In a large cooking pot, place the sugar, milk and butter and mix. Cook over medium low heat till melted. Remove the pot from the heat. Add the oatmeal, cocoa salt, vanilla and optional chopped walnuts. Mix well with wooden spoon. Place Waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Drop the cookies by the teaspoonful onto the wax paper. Let cool in the refrigerator. Ready to eat when cool.
