No Fuss Chicken Recipe


Recipe for No Fuss Chicken 

 

Ingredients: 

16 ounce bottle of Catalina Salad Dressing
2/3 cup apricot preserves
2 packages dry onion soup mix
16 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

Add the dressing, preserves and soup mix to a small bowl.  Mix well.   In extra large ungreased baking pan, or use 2 regular sized baking dishes, place chicken breasts.  Top with the salad dressing mixture.  Cover and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.. Take out of oven, and baste with the juices . Return pans to oven and bake uncovered for 25 more minutes...  This recipe serves 16 . However, after cooking, this is great to seal up and freeze any extras you have.  Makes a quick meal in the microwave at a later date.
