Recipe for Orange Cream in Orange Cups Ingredients: 8 large navel oranges 1-1/3 cups sugar 2 tablespoons cognac 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 1-1/2 cups whipped cream grated unsweetened chocolate On each orange, cut off the top 1/4 part. Flute the edges, by making zig zag cuts with knife. Scrape out the centers of the oranges and put in bowl. Press the juices from the oranges..Remove the orange pulp..You will only need the juice. Add gelatin to cold water in top of a double boilder. Stir over simmering water until gelatin dissolves. Stir the sugar and cognac into the juices of the oranges and stir this juice into the gelatin. Mix in 3/4 cup whipped cream and pour the mixture into the empty orange cups. Chill until firm. Before serving, top with whipped ream and garnish with shaved chocolate.
