Ingredients:

tablespoon plain gelatin
1/4 cup
cold water
3/4 cup
boiling
water
1/2 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
orange juice
2 egg
whites
Soak
the gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water.
Add the
sugar and orange juice. Allow to harden, then beat
thoroughly
and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
