Peach Pie Recipe Ingredients: Peaches (fresh or frozen) Halved , peeled and pitted Unbaked Pie Shell 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon flour 1 egg In a bowl, mix the sugar, butter, flour and egg well. Place the halved peaches on the pan with the unbaked pie crust. Spread the above mixture over the peaches. Bake in a 375 degree oven until the crust is lightly browned and bubbling.
