Ingredients: 2 cups sugar 2 cups salted peanuts, halved 1/4 teaspoon salt Put the sugar into a cast iron frying pan and heat slowly, stirring constantly, until the sugar is melted and the sugar turns a light brown color. Butter a cookie sheet. Place the peanuts on the cookie sheet and spread. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Place the tin in a 325 degree oven for 5 minutes.
