2 cans very
early
green peas
1/2 of an
onion,
finely chopped
1 can cream of
celery
soup
1 small can
mushroom
stems and pieces
1 cup grated
American
cheese
Place all
the ingredients
in a heavy pot and heat very slowly on low. Stir occasionally and
heat thoroughly until cheese melts. Serve over buttered toast!
