Ingredients:
Remove
the seeds from the peppers. Peel the onions. Chop the
onions
and peppers add add the celery and bay leaf and place in large pot.
Pour
boiling water over it. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Drain.
Add the salt, sugar, vinegar and boil slowly for 1/2 hour. Put in
sterilized
jars and seal and cover.
