Recipe for Pineapple Pie


Pineapple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
1 Tablespoon Flour
1 cup Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
2 eggs, separate the whites
dash salt
1 uncooked pie shell


Mix the pineapple, sugar and flour in a bowl. Add the egg yolks and the milk and stir. Let set for 10 minutes. Pour the pineapple mixture into uncooked pie shell. Baket at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes. now, Beat the egg whites with 2 Tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Spread on top of pie, and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
