Pork and Potatoes Recipe

 Recipe for Pork and Potatoes

Ingredients:

6 boneless Pork Chops
7 Potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package onion soup mix
1/2 can water


Grease a 9x13 inch glass baking dish.  Add the potatoes. Combine the Cream of Chicken Soup with water and pour over the potatoes.  Place the pork chops over this and sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix.  Cover with foil, and make a hole in the center of the foil.  Bake at 400 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.   Makes 6 servings
