for Pork Chops and Beans
Ingredients: 6 1" thick pork chops 2 cans of baked beans (28 ounce size) 3/4 cup chopped onions 3/4 cup ketchup 1/2 cup water In frying pan, brown pork chops on both sides on medium heat. In large casserole dish, combine the beans, onions and ketchup and water. Place the browned pork chops on top. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour...If needed, add additional water while baking. Back to Bean Recipes |
