Recipe for Rice Bread  Milk   Free and Wheat Free Bread

Ingredients:

1 cup rice flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons bacon fat or oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup water

Sift dry ingredients.  Add water and oil. 
Bake
 in a loaf pan in a moderate oven
