Rice Pudding Recipe

Recipe for Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
1 pint milk
2 tablespoons rice (dry)
salt
2 tablespoons sugar
butter
grated rind of a lemon

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Place in casserole dish and  bake at 325 degrees for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Serve with
fruit and fruit juice.
