Seven Seas Lobster Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-1/4 Cups Water
1/2 pound lobster meat
1 small box frozen peas-thawed
1-1/3 cups minute rice
1/4 teaspoon salt
cheese
paprika

In a saucepan, mix the soup, water and salt and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour about 1/2 the mixture into a greased casserole dish.  Then, in layers: Add the rice, Lobster and Peas. Add the remaining soup. Top with cheese of your choice. Sprinkle with Paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serves 6 people.
