1 Large Can Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 cup Saltine Cracker Crumbs
2 teaspoons chopped onion
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 beaten egg
In medium bowl, mix
tomatoes, crumbs, onion, melted butter, egg and cheese. Place in
a buttererd baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
Makes about 5 servings.
