Recipe for Strawberry Jam Ingredients: 1 quart strawberries, fresh 3 cups sugar Put the strawberries in a large pot. Add 1-1/2 cups of the sugar and mix. Boil for 5 minutes and then add the other 1-1/2 cups of sugar. Boil for another 15 -20 minutes or until it thickens. Pour into a large bowl and stir. Cover the bowl and let stand for 24 hours. Put into sterilized canning jars and seal.
